Gering Health Strategies and Geosolutions was asked to help finish a strategic plan already in development. We went through all previous documentation to build a general layout. We facilitated a session with board members to narrow down goals, objectives, and activity areas by determining their impact and feasibility. Once the document was compiled we added relevant data and information to provide context into consumer and business behavior.
